SECOND WEEK

SECOND WEEK( 20/11/17 to 24/11/17)

അദ്ധ്യാപക പരിശീലനത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടാമത് ആഴ്ച നിത്യേനയുള്ള പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് പുറമെ മറ്റു ചില പരിപാടികൾ കൂടി നടത്തുകയുണ്ടായി.അതിൽ ഏറ്റവും ശ്രദ്ധേയമായത്‌, S. S. L. C. മുന്നൊരുക്കം 2017-18. S.S.L.C. പരീക്ഷക്ക് മുന്നോടിയായി കുട്ടികളുടെ നിലവാരം അനുസരിച്ച് തരംതിരിച്ച് ഫലപ്രദമായി നടത്തുകയുണ്ടായി. സബ്ജെക്ട് അസ്സോസിയേറ്റഡ് ആക്ടിവിറ്റിക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഗംഗാ സമതലത്തിലേക്ക്‌ എന്ന പഠഭാഗത്തിൽ നിന്നും എട്ടാംക്ലാസ്സിനു ഒരു ക്വിസ്സ് മത്സരം നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. കുട്ടികളെ രണ്ടു ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളായി തിരിച്ച് ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ ചോദിക്കുകയും ശരിയുത്തരം നല്കിയവർക്ക് പോയിന്റ് നൽകുകയും ചെയ്തു.
                        ഈ ആഴ്ചയിലാണ് ഞാൻ concept attainment model ലെസൻ പ്ലാൻ എടുത്ത്. ഗംഗാസമതലത്തിലേക്ക് എന്ന അധ്യായത്തിലേ ജൈനമതം എന്ന ആശയമാണ് ഞാൻ എടുത്ത്. പൊസിറ്റീവും നെഗറ്റീവും ആയിട്ടുള്ള ഉദാഹരണങ്ങൾ കുട്ടികൾക്കുമുന്നിൽ നിരത്തി. കുട്ടികളിൽ ജൈനമതം എന്ന ആശയം രൂപപ്പെടുത്താൻ ഒരുവിധം കഴിഞ്ഞു. പൂർണ്ണമായും വിദ്യാർത്ഥീകേന്ദ്രീകൃതമായ ഒരു ക്ലാസ് തന്നെ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുവാൻ എനിക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞതായി വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു.

പുതുക്കിയ B.Ed പാഠ്യപദ്ധതിയിൽ  സ്കൂൾ  ഇന്റേൺഷിപ്പിന്റെ രണ്ടാം ഭാഗത്തിനായി 13/11/2017 മയ്യനാട് ഹയർസെക്കന്റെറി  സ്കൂളിൽ എത്തി. അദ്ധ്യാപക പരിശീലന കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അടുക്കും ചിട്ടയായും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ് റിഫ്ളക്റ്റിവ് ജേർണൽ.  അധ്യാപക ജിവിതത്തിലെ തുടക്കത്തിന്റെ ഒർമ്മയ്ക്കായി എന്നെന്നും മനസിൽ സൂക്ഷിയ്ക്കാൻ മധുരവും രസകരമായ ചില അനുഭവങ്ങളുടെ മധുരതരമായ  ഓർമ്മകൾ...................

        FIRST  WEEK  (13/11/17   -   17/11/17)

അധ്യാപക പരിശീലനത്തിന്റെ  ആദ്യഘട്ടമായ ഒരാഴ്ച പഠനത്തിനായി .  8C യും 9C യുമാണ് പ്രധാനമായും എനിക്ക് പഠിപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ലഭിച്ചത്. ലെസ്സൺ പ്ലാനുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് ക്ലാസ്സുകൾ എടുത്തത്. സ്ക്കുളിൽ നടക്കുന്ന പാഠ്യ പാഠ്യേതര പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ  എല്ലാത്തിലും പങ്കുകൊള്ളേണ്ടത് ആവശ്യമായിരുന്നതിനാൽ; ശിശുദിനത്തിന്റെ  ഭാഗമായി ചാച്ചാജിയായി വേഷം ധരിച്ച കുട്ടി സഹപാഠികൾക്ക് ശിശുദിന സന്ദേശം നല്‍കി., Up വിഭാഗത്തിലെ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് വിദ്യാരംഗം കലാസാഹിത്യ വേദിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ പ്രശസ്ത കവി ഒ.എൻ.വി കുറിപ്പ് അനുസ്മരണം തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ സജീവമായി പങ്കെടുത്തു.
               ആദ്യം തോന്നിയ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടൊഴിച്ചാൽ ഈ ഒരാഴ്ച്ചകൊണ്ട് സ്ക്കൂളിലെ അന്തരീക്ഷവുമായും കുട്ടികളുമായും താദാത്മ്യം പ്രാപിക്കുവാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു.
